Will You Be Our HERO?
We're looking to raise $2,600 to ring in 2026. Every contribution helps make our dreams possible this holiday season.
Our dream for the year ahead and beyond is to continue making theatre accessible to all. Your donation helps us provide free arts education, create meaningful, community-centered plays, and equip the next generation with the tools to become artists, leaders, and stewards of the earth.

2026, We're Ready!
  • Back to the classics! We're developing a HERO Theatre company translation of A Midsummer Night's Dream, led by Founding Company Members Korey Jackson & Elisa Bocanegra, with Advisory Council Members Daniel Alexander Jones (Composer) & Diana Burbano (Dramaturg). Following our 2025 workshop, we’re diving into musical development. The magic continues!
  • Fall 2026 brings a brand-new world premiere play exploring food justice, agriculture, & the importance of family. Made for children across Los Angeles!
  • We're returning to Colombia's Páramo mountains to create another community-devised play! This will be with Teatro Héroe, Elisa Bocanegra's NGO dedicated to environmental education through the arts.
  • In June 2026, we’re honored to perform an original play at the Coral Reef Summit in Puerto Rico, sharing our environmental storytelling with scientists, educators, and community leaders.
  • Nuestro Planeta commissioned playwright Emanuel Loarca and Elisa completed their research trip to Guatemala this past year. We're heading into new play development for 2026!
Help us reach $2,600 for 2026. No gift is too small.
